We got to choose extras, colour etc and our car was delivered around 2 weeks earlier than expected. On the collection day the car was wrapped in a sheet and unveiled to us. That was quite the experience.

BMW spent time trying to trace fault showing with cooling system, but to no avail !! could not find any fault, totally puzzled !! Reason for visit. Low coolant showed on display. Toped up twice with a litre of coolant mix each time. Seems OK now !!

Nothing to challenge. The service was prompt and efficient. There was a problem where the repair was not resolved on the 1st attempt however, because it was quickly and efficiently resolved on return I don't see this as a negative.

I asked for a quote for a small dent (smart repair) when I arrived didn't get one. I also had an issue with the door mirror which they said they lubricated but the next morning it still wouldn't open after unlocking the car.

Car was in for some warranty work, but the claim got rejected. So, when the sales team sell you the car, they emphasize that cars come with a three year warranty, but it's absolutely useless when you want to claim - miss-selling!!!!!!
