I recently purchased my 4th BMW from Dick Lovett Swindon and was looked after by Luke, he made the experience outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, professional and was able to resolve any issues that arose. It was a truly great experience.

Tom and James were excellent at sourcing the model with the features I wanted quickly from new stock. This enabled me to get a new car without the build wait. Harry gave a great tour of the car on pick up so I could operate and enjoy the new car.

The car had major oil leak, called the service centre on Saturday evening around 4:00 not expecting to accommodate us to drop the car off. To my surprise they asked us drop the car for a tech to look at it first thing on Monday.

Health check very formative. Courtesy car had a decent amount of fuel in it. I have had previous courtesy cars from BMW Swindon where there hadn't been enough fuel to get me to work.

I was informed about the service required for my car. I was even offered for my car to be washed. I was sent a video on the checks done on the my car. I actually know the repairs required.Absolutely amazing! To notch! ????

Am happy to pay a premium for excellent service - but am not sure that your prices are competitive. You seemed to have a lot of staff milling about in the reception area giving the impression of excessive overhead (which actually my not be the case).

Service technician mistook a stone for a nail in the tyre. quoted £310 for a new tyre..not required. Bonet strut was 2 years out of date on service report, I purchased the car used from a BMW dealership. Why was this not rectified prior to Purchase?
