Test drive was extended and enabled me to get a real feel for the car. Peter and Harry did everything and more i'd expect from a dealership in terms of sales and onboarding. Not my first BMW car and happy to be back.

Tom and James were excellent at sourcing the model with the features I wanted quickly from new stock. This enabled me to get a new car without the build wait. Harry gave a great tour of the car on pick up so I could operate and enjoy the new car.

The car had major oil leak, called the service centre on Saturday evening around 4:00 not expecting to accommodate us to drop the car off. To my surprise they asked us drop the car for a tech to look at it first thing on Monday.
