We got to choose extras, colour etc and our car was delivered around 2 weeks earlier than expected. On the collection day the car was wrapped in a sheet and unveiled to us. That was quite the experience.

I asked for a quote for a small dent (smart repair) when I arrived didn't get one. I also had an issue with the door mirror which they said they lubricated but the next morning it still wouldn't open after unlocking the car.

Car was in for some warranty work, but the claim got rejected. So, when the sales team sell you the car, they emphasize that cars come with a three year warranty, but it's absolutely useless when you want to claim - miss-selling!!!!!!
